• Provide us with an overview of your current incentive or variable compensation plan.
• Give us some background by completing our 15 minute online survey.
• We’ll look over  your plan and provide you with a written report.
• We may schedule a phone call with you if we have any specific questions or concerns.
• The report will contain our assessment of your plan strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Use the report to confirm or validate your assumptions, or uncover improvement ideas.
